Is there a minimum order?

No, there is not a minimum. Small or large orders receive the same attention.

Can I place a deposit on my order?

Deposits are only accepted for orders that meet a specific minimum amount. All other orders must be paid in full before production begins. If your order qualifies, the required deposit amount will be detailed on your invoice.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are typically processed the next business day. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day. Processing times may vary during holidays, but orders are generally processed the day after the holiday.

How long will my order take?

From placing the order to delivery, it takes approximately 7 business days. Bulk orders may require longer working time.

I'm in a rush, how quickly can I receive my order?

Most individual orders can be processed in 3 days or less, however, a rush fee of $25 will apply to the order.
