Every TTMC order is made with care, and we want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment your package arrives.

Production Time Most orders are produced within 5–7 business days after your order is confirmed. Production time does not include shipping. Bulk orders, group orders, and custom design projects may require additional time — we'll communicate timelines directly when those are placed.

Shipping Time Once production is complete, your order ships via USPS or another trusted carrier. Standard transit time is typically 3–5 business days within the U.S., but delivery times are determined by the carrier and can vary, especially during peak seasons (back-to-school, graduation, and holidays).

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Local Pickup Local Columbia, SC customers may have the option to pick up their orders. If pickup is available for your order, we'll coordinate directly.

Shipping Issues If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't locate it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. TTMC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked delivered, but we'll always do our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.

If your package is damaged in transit or arrives with a defect from our end, please email contact@kre8.store within 5 days of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right.

Payment Methods We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital payment options available at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time you place your order.

Payment Plans & Deposits For bulk orders, group orders, and 1:1 Creative Sessions, deposits and payment plans may be available. Reach out at contact@kre8.store to discuss.
