Welcome to The Teacher Magic Co. (TTMC), formerly known as Kreativiteez. By browsing or purchasing from kre8.store, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them as plain-spoken as possible — because educators read enough fine print already.

About Us TTMC is a custom merchandise brand based in Columbia, SC, owned and operated by Teandra. We design and produce education-inspired apparel, gifts, and goods for teachers, students, families, and graduates.

Ownership of the Site The kre8.store website, the kre8.store domain name, and all related digital storefronts are owned and operated by The Teacher Magic Co. TTMC retains full ownership of the site, its structure, its branding, and all features made available on it. Use of the site does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Intellectual Property & Copyright All content on kre8.store — including designs, graphics, illustrations, logos, photographs, product descriptions, written copy, and the TTMC name and brand marks — is the property of The Teacher Magic Co. and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from any TTMC content without our prior written permission.

If you submit a logo, photograph, name, or design to be used on a custom order, you confirm that you own the rights to that material or have permission from the rightful owner. You grant TTMC a limited license to use that material solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Requirements for Using the Store By using kre8.store, you agree that you:

Are at least 18 years old, or are using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian;
Will provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or contacting us;
Will not use the site for any unlawful purpose or to harass, defraud, or harm others;
Will not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site, upload malicious code, or scrape or copy site content for commercial use;
Will not impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the site for any user who violates these terms.

Placing an Order When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. Once an order is submitted, it enters our production queue and customization begins quickly — please review your cart, spelling, sizes, and personalization details carefully before checkout.

Pricing & Availability Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product errors and to cancel orders affected by those errors, with a full refund issued in those cases.

Custom & Personalized Items Because we create made-to-order goods, please double-check all customization details before submitting. Once production begins, custom items cannot be modified or canceled. See our Return Policy for full details.

Liabilities & Responsibilities TTMC works hard to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience, but the site and our products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

TTMC is not responsible for issues arising from misuse of products, normal wear and tear, improper care or laundering, delays caused by shipping carriers, or events outside our reasonable control (including weather, supply shortages, or service outages);
TTMC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the site or our products;
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order;
You agree to indemnify and hold TTMC harmless from any claims arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site or products.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site, refuse service, or cancel any order at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms, attempted to harm the site or other users, or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity. If your access is terminated, any pending orders not yet in production will be canceled and refunded; orders already in production may be completed or canceled at our discretion.

You may stop using the site at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitations of liability, and indemnification — will remain in effect.

Notification of Changes We may update these terms from time to time as our business grows or as laws change. The most current version will always live on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top reflecting the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email when appropriate. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of South Carolina.
