What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is officially available. This ensures you secure your item before production or restocking begins.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions:

✅ Payment: Full payment is required at checkout to secure your order.
✅ Processing Start Date: Pre-ordered items will begin production or shipping on the date listed in the product description.
✅ Shipping Order: Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Shipping & Delivery:

Physical Items (Apparel, DTF Prints, Custom Products, etc.)

• Orders will ship within 3 business days once production starts.
• Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

Digital Items (PNG Files, Design Templates, etc.)

• Files will be available for download immediately after the release date.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Pre-orders are non-refundable once placed.
• Changes or modifications must be requested before the production start date by contacting contact@kre8.store
