Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders let you reserve special collections, seasonal drops, and limited-edition items before they're produced. Here's how they work.
What Pre-Order Means When you pre-order an item, you're securing your spot in a future production run. Pre-order items are not yet in stock at the time of purchase. Your order is held until the pre-order window closes, and then production begins.
Pre-Order Timelines Each pre-order listing includes an estimated ship date. After the pre-order window closes, please allow 5–7 business days for production, plus standard shipping time. We always do our best to meet posted timelines, but unexpected delays (supplier issues, materials, weather, carrier delays) can happen. If a delay affects your order, we will email you with an update.
Mixed Orders If your order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order is ready. If you'd like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place them as a separate order.
Payment Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout to reserve your item.
Cancellations Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded, as your spot in the production run has been secured.
Communication We'll keep you in the loop. You'll receive an order confirmation, production updates as the launch date approaches, and a tracking number once your item ships.
