STEM Saturday Terms & Conditions

By enrolling a child in the STEM Saturday Program, parents/guardians agree to the following terms:

• Timely arrival and pickup is required for all students. If late drop-offs and pickups become a pattern, your child may not be able to participate in future STEM Saturday dates.
  
• All activities are hands-on and supervised; students are expected to participate respectfully and safely.
  

• Respectful behavior is required at all times.
  
• Disruptive, unsafe, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
  
• If a student is unable to follow directions, repeatedly disrupts the group, or poses a safety concern, they will be dismissed from the program without a refund.
  
• This ensures a safe, positive learning environment for all children.
  

• All activities are age-appropriate and supervised; however, by participating, families acknowledge that minor risks are associated with hands-on STEM activities.
  
• Parents/guardians assume responsibility for any known medical conditions or allergies and agree to notify the program beforehand.
  

• Due to planning, supplies, and limited seating, all payments are non-refundable.
  
• Missed sessions cannot be transferred or credited to future dates.
  

• By enrolling, you grant permission for photos and videos of your child to be taken during the program.
  
• These images may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional materials for STEM Saturday or affiliated programs.
  
• If you prefer your child NOT to appear in any photos, please notify us in writing before the session begins.
  

• All program updates (including location details and reminders) will be sent via email or text.
  
• Parents agree to provide accurate, up-to-date contact information.
